A superb first half performance from the Dufc saw us race into a 3-1 lead at the interval dispite going a goal down after only 2minutes we responded well and hit Strabane hard, Steven Curley levelled the game after 10 minutes with a super strike from 18yrds out, Paul Crane put Dufc 2-1 in front with a goal of the year contender, a blistering 20yrd strike flew past the keeper into the top corner much to the delight of the large home support. Iain McGuckians long thrown in deflected of a Strabane player into the net to make it 3-1. The second half saw the visitors fight back and score three times to go 4-3 in front, Dufc had strong appeals for a penalty turned down by the referee after Paul Crane was brought down in the box. In stoppage time Brian Gault was pulled down inside the box with the ref awarding a penalty, Paul Crane stepped up and placed the ball past the keeper to level the game at 4-4 in this thrilling encounter.
